Go-Ped GTR46i Interceptor is this week’s featured product in our Don’t be a gAsshat series!

After the extremely popular Go-Ped Trail Ripper became all the rage, scooter devotees virtually insisted Go-Ped mete out a street version. And Go-Ped, not being one to disappoint their fans, heard their pleas.  Like all of Go-Ped’s competition Scooters, this machine is fast, with speeds up to 30 mph, and the capacity to get between 60 - 80 mpg. The Go-Ped GTR46i Interceptor is the street edition of the championship-winning Go-Ped Trail Ripper! Adaptations include; smooth ride AT Primo Duro Trap aggressive treaded street tires, a new quieter exhaust system, GSR46R 6-76 sprocket drive ratio, and a new kickstand. The GTR46i Interceptor boasts the (Cantilevered Independent Dynamic Linkless Indispension) suspension system with front and rear swing arms that give the scooter incredible flexibility. The swing arms are made of light-weight magnesium and produce a very low un-suspended weight, allowing the wheels to stay in better contact with uneven terrain. The effect is first-rate comfort, riding and handling characteristics.

On top of being kinder to the environment, when it comes to speed the Super GSR46R does not disappoint. This scooter is unexpectedly fast, with speeds that reach up to 30 mph. Not to mention that measured up against a car, this scooter has a range of about 60-80 miles per gallon.  It’s perfect for a commuting to the office, zipping on over to the local campus or for recreational racing. All of this is very economical when you consider the costs of purchasing, filling up and maintaining a car.  All of the finest racing components are standard on the Super GSR 46R: Heavy duty 4130 chromoly steel frame and double sided fork, 10" KENDA 671 street tires and 20" Motorcycle style "Tim Patmont bend" racing handlebars fitted with a slide tube clamp, billet stem pro clamp, Go-Ped race pad and Pro control levers. The front and rear Mad Dog disc brakes provide excellent braking performance perfectly matched for the power output of the Super GSR46R.
