The Evo Citi 800w Electric Scooter, designed and built by Puzey Motor Corporation, is a hot little scooter that is ideal for on- and off-roaders seeking to ride a model that offers top-notch components that leave its competitors behind. This is our “Don't Be A gAssHat” review of the week!

You can ride the Evo Citi 800w Powerboard either standing or sitting. If you want to sit, simply mount the cushy quick release Ergo bicycle style seat, which is mounted on a fully adjustable post that can accommodate riders of most any height. Fully adjustable Riser style handlebars offer you smooth and responsive steering, keeping you safe as you ride.

The Evo Citi's 800w's powerful 800 watt brushless motor is fed by a 36 volt battery pack using three 12 volt, 12 amp batteries. When depleted, the battery pack can be recharged with the included Smart Charger in as little as 4-8 hours. Combined, the engine offers riders a 24 mile top speed and a 10 mile range, which of course can change depending upon rider weight and type of terrain ridden.

Over one horsepower is delivered to the Evo Citi 800w's rear wheel via a chain drive system, which can be adjusted with one simple action without having to align the rear wheel, a feature that Puzey calls the “One-Touch Chain Tensioning System.”

The City of New York gets a “high five” for their announcement last week to allow SunEdison to convert the world's biggest, stinkiest dump at Freshkills Park on Staten Island into the city's largest solar plant.

Once construction is complete and the juice is finally turned on in the latter half of 2015, the solar plant is expected to produce up to 10 megawatts of power, enough to give the residents of about 2,000 homes the amazing opportunity to reduce their carbon footprint by tapping into this new, amazing, renewable source of solar energy. The solar power plant will be operated by SunEdison at absolutely no cost to the city.

The horrid smelling landfill was officially closed in 2001 and a decision was made to redevelop the site in 2009. The dump is 47 acres large and has been both an eyesore and embarrassment to Staten Island. At its peak, polluting emissions were so bad that they could actually be seen from space. Many have reported the landfill as Staten Island's most remembered landmark, which has made it hard for people to take the borough seriously. Over the years, the landfill has been the butt of many visiting comedian's jokes. “Staten Island Stinks!” is a refrain often heard from visitors and residents alike.

The TRX Personal Transporter E1050 Electric Scooter is a demon and this weeks “Don't Be a gAssHat” review! This sweet ride has captured this reviewer's heart with its blazing speed capability along with its superior handling and sporty style. It's an ideal choice for security personnel and warehouse workers who need to zip around busy floors with ease and comfort. But it can easily be used by casual riders seeking a bit of fun too, as the scooter is capable of doing all kinds of tricks.

Stability and safety are the names of the game with the TRX Personal Transporter. It has been designed to overcome the shortcomings of the original Segway. It offers a third wheel, is much less expensive and nowhere near as heavy. With the two high quality 8” pneumatic street tires in the rear, assisted by a 125mm urethane rear wheel,  and the 15” pneumatic tire in front, the TRX E1050 can easily allow the rider to not only move along at a decent yet safe clip, but it can easily do sustained wheelies and perform other great scooter tricks as well.

In all, the TRX E1050 comes in at less than 1/10th the cost and a fraction of the weight of a traditional Segway, this makes purchasing this nifty scooter a real no-brainer. You can't go wrong at the wheel of a TRX .

The TRX Personal Transporter is powered by powerful twin 150 watt electric motors that pack a 300 watt total wallop that can propel the rider forward at up to 12 mph. The engines are fed by three 12 volt sealed lead acid batteries which provide the rider a 15 mile range, controlled by handlebar mounted twist throttle. When needed, recharge time is just 4-8 hours.

The X-Treme XB-305-SLA Electric Mountain Bike is it... this weeks “Don't Be A gAssHat” featured review. Yesterday was my 22nd birthday, and my boyfriend was laughing as he took me outside after a nice breakfast in bed, then asked me to close my eyes for a surprise. I heard some rustling around and then he asked me to open them again. He was sitting there with a shit-eating grin on his face, holding an X-Treme XB-305-SLA Electric Mountain Bike. Sweet gift! Just what I wanted, so I could join in with him on his off-road fun.

He got on his own XB-300-SLA and headed down the street for a huge dirt lot. I got on the bike easily, as it has a step-through frame that's ideal for a small woman like me. It was nice and light, at just 65 lbs., and it was easy to handle and ride.

At first I just pedaled, but then I decided to try out the XB-305-SLA's electrics. Two 12 volt, 12 amp sealed lead acid batteries sparked the 300 watt brushless motor to life, and I let the bike do the work for a while. As I caught up to my boyfriend, he stopped and told me a bit about the bike so I could take full advantage of all its features, which it turns out are perfect for an entry level mountain bike rider like me.

The Evo 2x Big 50cc Gas Scooter Powerboard is this weeks featured “Don't Be A gAssHat” review. When I need to get around fast, I have come to trust Puzey Motor Corp.'s new Evo 2x. And if you know me, you know that I always need to get around fast!

The Evo 2x has a massive 50cc, 2-stroke engine that puts out an impressive two horsepower, which can get you moving at a top speed of 35 mph. The motor is EPA approved and air cooled, and uses a unique 2-speed belt drive transmission that provides raw power to the chain-driven rear wheel. This model is a gas sipper, getting 85 miles to the gallon.

The conveniently located pull starter made it easy to start this Evo Powerboard. Once I got going, I found the throttle to be comfortable and responsive to the touch, and had to hold on as the scooter accelerated quickly. I really liked the lightweight motocross style handlebars, which were easy to turn to get the bike moving quickly and easily around obstacles.

The Evo 2x has a nifty 2-speed belt drive transmission that drives the chain driven rear wheel with raw power. Shifting was simple with the handlebar mounted thumb shifter. And when it came time to come to a stop, I found that it excels at braking, due to its front and rear vented disc brakes.
