As shown on court records, somewhere in Manhattan, New York, a Craigslist hoverboard seller was attacked by a set of armed robbers who made away with the valuable items and shot the seller in the process.

A bullet was shot to the abdomen and another to the buttocks of a certain 22 year old Daniel Arathon on West 138th Street in Harlem around 4pm on Friday, as stated by the police.

He and his friend met a group of 5 men who agreed to buy the hoverboard for a total of $1,500. The thugs said they would come back to pay for them while taking the hoverboards away. A few minutes later, 2 out of the 5 came back with a gun.

According to the court papers, the sellers were asked “What are you doing with your phone?” “Who did you just call? What are you still doing here anyway?”

One of them then drew out a gun and from about 10 feet away, fired twice at Arathon.

Soon after, 30-year old Raheem Adamson was arrested and charged with criminal possession of weapon, felony assault and robbery. Based on the court records, they do not believe he is the shooter and his bail was then set at $300,000 bond or $200,000 cash.
